Order Validation and Acceptance and Agreements: When you place an order through the Fitzsu.com site, you warrant that you are of age, that you have the authority to place the order and that you are providing Fitzsu Society with true and accurate information. Fitzsu may verify your method of payment and shipping address, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via Fitzsu.com is an offer to purchase our products. Fitzsu may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Fitzsu until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
Special Orders: Special order purchases are final and not returnable. Special Order Items are clearly noted on fitzsu.com. Once you purchase a special order item it is not possible to cancel the order. The items are not returnable for credit or for refund. Customers are required to sign (or click agreement) to a waiver specifying their understanding and agreement with these terms of a special order.
We order non-stock items ordered especially for you. We like to make the extra effort for you to order these items that are not readily available in the U.S. market or are difficult to stock do their large assortment and varied demand. In exchange, we hope you understand that we are unable to return or exchange them. Your patience is also appreciated as many special order items come from abroad, may only be produced certain times during the year, or may have to be added to a larger order to be shipped. We will of course always communicate with you regarding any changes in delivery
Do you have a bridal registering through myregistry.com, amazon or other third party registry system? Fitzsu welcomes registries from other registry portals; however, please be aware that gifts purchased through these portals are held as a credit in the bride's name until after the wedding. Brides or grooms should call Fitzsu at 323.655.1908 or write us at info”at”fitzsu.com to communicate their wishes to receive the gifts as purchased or exchange them for other items at Fitzsu. We do not want you to be "stuck" with special order items you might decide later you do not want, so we created this convenience for our third party registrants.
Delivery: Delivery timescales specified on the website and in correspondence are estimates only. While we endeavor to meet such timescales, we do not undertake to dispatch products and/or commence service by a particular date and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. Delivery shall be to a valid address. It is your responsibility to provide accurate address information and inform fitzsu.com immediately of any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra costs arising from changes you make to the Delivery Address after you submit an order. If you refuse or fail to take delivery of products or fail to pay your country’s duty and taxes provided in accordance with these Terms, any risk of loss or damage to the Products shall nonetheless be passed onto you. We shall be entitled to immediate payment in full for any expenses incurred to affect delivery, accept returned product, or store the products at your risk. We shall be entitled 30 days after the agreed date for delivery to dispose of products in such manner as we determine.
Resolution: We reserve the right to terminate our business with you and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of our terms and conditions, including, but not limited to providing us with false information.
Warranties: Unless Fitzsu is the manufacturer of a product, all warranties for products purchased through Fitzsu.com are warranties, if any, provided by the manufacturer of such purchased products provided either in the written documentation accompanying such product by the manufacturer or on manufacturers’ websites. All warranties are manufacture warranties and any claims against manufacturer defects or product malfunction should be addressed directly to the manufacturer who provides the warranty.
Returns: Special order purchases are final and not returnable. Approved returns on stock merchandise are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Fitzsu does not offer refunds for returns. Returning merchandise must be approved for return and marked with an Return Authorization number which may be obtained by calling 323.655.1908. Without the RA number, your package will be refused by our returns department as they require this number for reference to be eligible for store credit. You will be responsible for all expenses incurred for not following these Terms and Conditions. The returned merchandise must be: insured, post-marked at the customer's expense within 30 days of purchase, have an accompanying receipt, be unused and be in its original packaging. Fitzsu reserves the right to refuse returns for store credit or exchange if it deems the returned product unsuitable for resale. Store credit is calculated as purchase price minus any free shipping cost. All items sold on sale or during special promotions (including corporate and volume gifts), are final and non-returnable. Fitzsu.com credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.
Electronic Communication: When you place an order through the Fitzsu.com site, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address and telephone number, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of back-ordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Fitzsu will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Third Parties: Fitzsu.com and Fitzsu Society will not be held accountable for actions taken by third parties during transactions. How can I get help?
