Pott sterling silver flatware is the most exquisite and contemporary flatware in the world, according to Fitzsu. Each piece of the Pott 89 silverware flatware is constructed using a clear geometric linear framework. The Basle-based goldsmith Alexander Schaffner, a member of the Swiss Werkbund, is the creator of this distinctive silver cutlery design. A distinction to be made about Pott flatware and silverware is in the knives which all have an invisible serrated edge that is very sharp for cutting meats yet barely visible so as not to distract from their design. Still made in Germany in the Mettmann factory, the pott silverware flatware is a high-end cutlery made of 925 sterling silver following a family tradition of skilled machining and hand polishing that spans several generations.
