In plaster ceiling, drill a 7 millimeter diameter hole for the plug and screw in the hook. However, in a wooden surface (a beam, for example), the plug is unnecessary; just drill a 2 millimeter diameter hole and screw in the hook. The moment has come to adjust the height of your windfall vase; put down your tools and think for a moment.
