MONO TASTE mono Taste was an in-store event concept that combined excellent food with stimulating presentation. The fusion of food and utensil bringing together the idea that fine dining is not only about what you eat but also how it is eaten. Through mono Taste Fitzsu introduced our customers to a new and engaging shopping experience and proved that eating is to be enjoyed by all of the senses. Both Fitzsu store locations introduced a variety of mono products by serving bite sized portions of food as interpreted by La Terza giving all participants a truly modern shopping experience. Fitzsu Society's "hands-on" approach to selling lifestyle home accessories is meant to inform customers on how to use the products it sells, have fun with and create a memorable environment for their own cocktail and dinner parties. mono Taste was held every Saturday in August and featured the mono TOOLS Soup Spoon served with Zuppa Fredda di Pomodoro; the mono Pick Up served with marinated cherry tomatoes, olives and mozzarella; the mono-c2 Dinner Fork served with arancini dusted with parmigiano-reggiano; and the mono CLIP Dinner Knife served with cannellini bean puree with garlic and fresh herbs, and baccala mantecato - a salt cod spread with potatoes, cream and fresh marjoram. Served with crostini (all prepared by La Terza Restaurant)
