German Jewelery Designers @ Fitzsu Society

The brick and mortar Fitzsu Society store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles CA is surrounded by some of the world's most interesting clothing designers. Mui Mui, Costume National, Fornarina, and Agent Provocateur are all within a block. Quite Frankly we were inspired and wanted to put on our own fashion show.

Since Fitzsu Society's opening day we have sold the elegant and clean German designed jewelry by CARL DAU. (See his work by clicking on his name on the Designer's page.) This has been in part due to our usual motto "we sell what we use" and our personnel collection of DAU is quite extensive. (Fitz wears his as a wedding band) For this event we were interested in something a little different. Using our German connections and stepping out of our normal "machine" nature, Fitzsu presented for the first time in America the work of 6 German designers and their hand made creations. To a packed store, models displayed the works in true fashion show style appearing from behind the Fitzsu curtain at timed intervals. All the works were for sale during their month long stay and we are happy to say not many were left to send back to Germany.
