The Alessi Programma 8 modern oven-to-table cookware was first introduced in 1975 and designed by Franco Sargiani and Eija Helander. It's function was to be flexible, multifunctional and, consequently, reserving of space. Innovative serveware, the Programma 8 was a welcome option for new ways of cooking and serving. Alessi has now reintroduced the Pogramma 8 with even more bells and whistles, including oven-to-table ceramic dishes, stainless steel trays to serve carry them to the table and lids to reserve their leftovers. In a selection of sizes, Programma 8 cookware can be used to make single serving dishes as well as deep casseroles. Depending on the tray size, many dishes many be arranged on one tray for a well organized presentation. The Ceramic oven dishes are dishwasher safe.
