La Cintura di Orione 11" frying pan is made of heavy aluminum with non-stick coating with stainless steel handle and is suitable for cooking in fats for frying or sauteing meats, fish and poultry. Multiply is a laminate of 18/10 outer layer with a middle layer of thick aluminum and internal layer of 18/10 stainless steel. It very closely emulates the copper version's heat conduction ability, is easier to clean and works on induction cook tops.
