Alberto Meda created a series of sleek watches called Tondo. This is an "all purpose" wrist watch you can wear both on elegant and informal occasions. It's characterized by the strap fitted as a sandwich between the two shells of the case resulting in a formally uniform aspect of the whole despite the different materials used. The strap around the case is both decorative and functional as it protects the watch from possible side shock.
